Open the airline's own website, not a third-party booking site and not a flight tracker. If your reservation is on Air India, go to airindia.com. If it is on IndiGo, go to goindigo.in.
Look for the Manage Booking or My Trip link. It is usually at the top of the page. Click it.
Enter the PNR, which is a six-character code of letters and numbers. Then enter the surname exactly as it appears on the passport. On some airline sites you enter the passenger's last name; on others the booking reference alone is enough.
