Names matter too. If the passport says Ganesh Siddappa Hosamani, do not write Ganesh S Hosamani on the hotel voucher unless the passport has the same short form. Airlines and hotels accept initials. Consulates generally do not.
One more check. The return leg date on the round trip should not fall after your insurance expiry. It looks careless, and the officer notices.
